8月24日，“天人之際，策進未來”天人策知識共享平台全球發佈盛典在北京盛大舉行。中國公共外交協會前會長、第九任中國外交部長李肇星，中國入世首席談判代表、博鰲亞洲論壇原秘書長龍永圖，著名經濟學家、清華大學中國經濟思想與實踐研究院院長李稻葵，復旦大學歷史系教授、中國文化書院導師、北京大學《儒藏》精華編纂委員會委員錢文忠，北京大學文化資源研究中心主任張頤武，天人策知識共享平台創始人呂衛明等共同出席發佈盛典，一起見證了天人策知識共享平台的正式起航。
